I earned my Marketing degree from Michigan State University and have over 2 decades of marketing and sales experience. Before moving to the Triangle in 2001, I owned a marketing firm where I helped businesses increase their market share and train their employees to achieve higher goals. This experience informs my work as a realtor, as I strive to help seller’s market their homes to best demonstrate the home’s positive attributes for the highest price. For Buyers, it’s about analyzing market conditions and positioning them to get the best deal. For me, success in real estate is mostly about relationship. My goal is to connect with both my buyers and sellers in a personal way so that I better understand their needs and then exceed their expectations! Though the importance of connection cannot be overstated, I also strive to be professional, informed, proficient, and dedicated. My expertise is understanding important data, macro and micro market conditions, strategy options, real estate contracts and financing.
Being a numbers geek, I like to crunch the numbers and work collaboratively with you in making decisions. With this I can layer my expertise and proficiency on a foundation of true connection. My values and beliefs are my compass for how I live and also what keep me grounded and committed to working in an ethical manner. I’ve been married for 26 years and a working mom of 3 children so I know how important “home” is and what it takes to find and make one. Buying a house is one of the most important purchases anyone will make. Understanding what is important to you for it to be “your home” and to find it is what I do. When not working for you, you can find me listening to music, indulging my “foodie” self, or at family game night, which I play to win!
