Eight years ago I began a career in residential real estate sales, applying my 25 years experience in sales, sales management, and customer service in the publishing industry. My expertise in sales coaching, consultative selling, successfully negotiating contracts, communicating clearly with customers and clients have all served my clients well. My business philosophy is simple: for buyers, understand their needs, find them a house that fits those needs, negotiate the best possible deal, and always do what I say I will do in a timely fashion. For sellers, provide an honest appraisal of the market value of the home, market it effectively, negotiate fairly, and keep the seller apprised of the process. I work as both a buyer's agent and a seller’s agent. Though some agents might specialize in just one, to be fully informed and able to serve my customers to the best of my abilities I need to work with both kinds of clients. And it is my intention to build relations with satisfied customers that last—and a home buyer today will probably be a home seller some day. I intend to be your realtor today and tomorrow. The process of selling or buying a home can be stressful and there are many steps and a lot to know. I promise to minimize the stress and handle the details for you, so you can breathe easy during the process, and celebrate at its conclusion. I believe in the paramount importance of providing excellent customer service and that there is no better time to provide it than when helping a client with their housing needs. I service the entire Triangle area including Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, and Fuquay-Varina My wife and I attended college here in the Triangle, and returned in 2005 with our two children. We are proud to call North Carolina home. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, playing and watching sports, particularly my beloved Blue Devils-- my wife, my parents, and my son and I are all grads, so you will have to forgive us if you support a different shade of blue or red!
